Online Christmas Return Policy - Extended Christmas Returns

All online Christmas orders made from Wednesday 1st December 2021 can be returned for a full refund until Monday 10th January 2022.

Refundable Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your internet purchase, please return the item(s) to be received in their original condition*, in line with our returns period.  All items are refundable/exchangable when returned within 14 days from date shipped.

* Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, in sellable condition with tags attached.  If items received by us shown signs of being worn, washed, used, or are in an otherwise sellable condition, a refund will not be issued and the item(s) will be returned to you.

When returning any item(s) please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is despatched for your refund to be processed.

Non Returnable Items

Any items that have been worn, label removed, or has any makeup , deodorant or perfume marks.

Faulty Items

We strive to ensure that garments reach you in excellent condition.  However, if you do find that you have received a faulty garment, or the wrong item has been sent to you please contact customer services on customercare@eddiclothing.co.uk
